These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Papi, including the Papi mobile application, websites, content, AI-assisted tools, community features, messaging features, subscription services, and any related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).
Papi is designed as an AI-powered hairstyle and beauty inspiration platform. The Service may include hairstyle discovery, hair design recommendations, beauty content browsing, user-generated hairstyle posts, creator profiles, social interaction tools, and AI-assisted hairstyle guidance.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using Papi, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you access the Service on behalf of a company, studio, salon, creator team, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to both you personally and the organization you represent.
We may refuse access, suspend accounts, or request additional information if we reasonably believe that a user does not meet eligibility requirements, violates these Terms, or creates a safety, legal, or operational risk.
Some features may require an account. When creating or updating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including any profile details, contact information, or verification information requested by the Service. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including posts, messages, uploads, purchases, saved preferences, AI prompts, and interactions with other users. You must not share, sell, lease, transfer, or allow others to use your account without our written permission.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, or if you notice any suspicious activity, you must notify us promptly at adsupport@papifun.asia. We may temporarily restrict access to your account while investigating suspicious activity.
Papi may provide features including hairstyle inspiration, AI hairstyle recommendations, hair trend discovery, beauty references, user-generated posts, profile pages, likes, saves, follows, comments, direct messages, creator content, purchase or subscription features, and other beauty-related tools.
The Service is intended for inspiration, entertainment, and beauty reference purposes. Hairstyle suggestions, AI outputs, beauty recommendations, and user content are not guarantees of actual results. Real-world results may vary depending on hair texture, hair condition, stylist skill, product quality, lighting, image quality, salon process, and other personal factors.
We may update, change, improve, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features, restrict access to specific content, or modify how recommendations or AI tools work for safety, quality, legal, platform, or business reasons.
You agree to use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and safely. Papi is intended to be a positive beauty community, and users must not misuse the platform or harm other users.

We may take action against content or accounts that violate these rules, including warnings, content removal, reduced distribution, feature limits, temporary suspension, permanent termination, device-level restrictions, and preservation of evidence where needed for safety or legal reasons.
The Service may allow you to upload or share profile information, photos, hairstyle references, beauty posts, comments, messages, reviews, prompts, AI inputs, AI-related selections, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license you grant below.
To operate, display, secure, improve, and promote the Service, you grant Papi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify for technical formatting, adapt, and otherwise use your User Content solely in connection with providing, maintaining, improving, moderating, and promoting the Service.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and share your User Content. This includes rights relating to photographs, hairstyles, likenesses, faces, models, photographers, salon work, copyrighted materials, brand logos, and any personal information contained in the content.
Some User Content may be visible to other users depending on the feature and your settings. Other users may save, copy, screenshot, or share content outside the Service. You should not upload content that you do not want others to see or preserve.
We may review, remove, restrict, downrank, or refuse content if we believe it violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates safety concerns, harms user experience, or exposes Papi to legal or platform risk. We are not obligated to monitor every item of User Content, but we may use automated tools, manual review, user reports, and other safety systems.
Papi may provide reporting and blocking tools. If you see content or behavior that appears abusive, unsafe, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms, you may use in-app reporting tools or contact us at adsupport@papifun.asia.
Blocking a user may limit that user’s ability to contact you or appear in certain areas of your experience. Reporting a user or piece of content helps us review potential violations. We may preserve account information, messages, content, device identifiers, moderation records, and logs to investigate reports, prevent repeated abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users.
Where appropriate, enforcement decisions may include content removal, warning, temporary suspension, account termination, or restrictions on messaging, posting, visibility, or monetized features. Users may contact support if they believe an enforcement action was made in error.
Papi may provide AI-assisted hairstyle recommendations, beauty inspiration, style suggestions, image-related guidance, preference-based selections, or similar automated outputs. These features are provided for inspiration and convenience only.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, unsuitable, or different from real-world salon results. They may not account for your hair texture, hair health, scalp condition, allergies, chemical treatment history, face shape, skin tone, lifestyle, or professional styling needs. You should consult a qualified stylist, salon professional, or healthcare professional before making decisions involving hair dye, chemicals, treatments, allergies, scalp conditions, or physical appearance changes that may affect your health or safety.
You are responsible for evaluating whether any AI-generated or AI-assisted suggestion is appropriate for you. Papi does not guarantee that any hairstyle, color, beauty look, or recommendation will produce a specific result.
Papi may offer subscriptions, consumable items, premium AI features, digital benefits, or other paid functions. The price, duration, benefits, and renewal details will be displayed before purchase where required by the applicable platform.
If you purchase through Apple’s App Store, your payment is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple’s terms, payment rules, refund rules, and subscription management tools. Papi does not control Apple’s billing system.
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple should be submitted through Apple’s refund process unless applicable law requires otherwise. If you contact us about a billing issue, we may help identify the purchase type or route you to the correct platform process, but we cannot guarantee a refund.
Papi and its licensors own the Service, including software, interface designs, layouts, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, recommendation systems, AI-related workflows, databases, and other materials provided by or on behalf of Papi. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service unless expressly permitted by these Terms or by written permission from Papi.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Papi’s intellectual property. You may only use the Service as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
The Service may contain third-party links, third-party SDKs, content from other users, or references to products, salons, stylists, beauty tools, or services not owned by Papi. We do not control third-party services or user content and are not responsible for their accuracy, safety, availability, legality, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. You should review those terms before using any third-party service or purchasing any third-party product or service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, content, or access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created a safety risk, infringed rights, misused the Service, failed to pay required fees, or caused legal, technical, reputational, or operational risk.
Termination may result in loss of access to your account, content, messages, saved items, AI history, purchases, or other Service features. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or enforcement of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Papi Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not contain personal data that you do not have permission to share. This includes other people’s faces, private images, contact information, identifying details, or salon/customer information.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
Papi does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or safety of user content, AI outputs, beauty suggestions, hairstyle recommendations, or third-party content.
Beauty and hairstyle results are inherently personal and may vary. Papi is not responsible for salon outcomes, product reactions, chemical treatments, allergic reactions, styling errors, or decisions you make based on content or recommendations in the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papi and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, content, business opportunities, or reputation, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papi’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Papi during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Papi, its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice if the changes are material. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of Papi is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at adsupport@papifun.asia and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If informal resolution is not successful, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law requires a different process or venue.
