Papi is an AI-powered hairstyle and beauty inspiration platform. The Service may allow users to explore hairstyle ideas, upload beauty-related content, save references, interact with community content, use AI-assisted recommendations, and access paid or subscription features.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Papi may offer AI-assisted hairstyle recommendations, style guidance, beauty inspiration, image-related suggestions, or similar automated features. To provide these features, we may process the information you submit, including prompts, selected preferences, uploaded references, interaction history, and feedback.
AI outputs are provided for inspiration and reference only. They may not be accurate, complete, personalized enough, or suitable for your real-world needs. If an AI feature involves hairstyle, color, chemical treatment, scalp condition, allergy risk, or professional styling decisions, you should consult a qualified stylist or relevant professional before relying on the output.
If we use a third-party AI or infrastructure provider for a specific feature, we will disclose data sharing where required by applicable law or platform rules and will apply appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards. We do not use personal information for unrelated advertising purposes unless we have a valid legal basis and provide required choices.

If you purchase a subscription or digital item through Apple’s App Store, Apple processes the payment. We may receive purchase-related information such as product identifier, transaction identifier, subscription status, renewal status, expiration date, country, and receipt validation data so that we can provide purchased benefits and prevent fraud.
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete it or otherwise handle it as required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated practices described in it.
Our App may allow users to upload or capture photos for hairstyle recommendation and hairstyle assistance features. For these features, the App may analyze general visible face shape characteristics, such as overall facial contour, solely for the purpose of recommending suitable hairstyles and improving the relevance of hairstyle suggestions.
We do not use face-related information for identity recognition, authentication, or user verification. We do not create, generate, collect, or store any biometric identifiers, facial templates, faceprints, or other biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual.
Any face-related analysis performed by the App is limited to the hairstyle recommendation experience and is not used for advertising profiling, user tracking, or cross-service identification.
We do not sell, rent, disclose, or share face-related information with any third-party AI service, third-party AI model provider, or third-party AI database. The App’s hairstyle assistance and recommendation logic is based on our own internal product experience, market knowledge, and service design, and does not rely on any third-party AI provider to process users’ personal facial information.
If user-submitted photos are processed for hairstyle recommendation, such processing occurs only as necessary to provide the requested in-app functionality. We do not retain biometric face data, facial templates, or faceprints. We do not maintain any face data database for identification purposes.
We retain user-submitted photos and related content only for the minimum period reasonably necessary to provide the relevant feature, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or improve service reliability, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law. Where applicable, users may delete their account or request deletion of their data in accordance with the relevant sections of this Privacy Policy.
We may also provide AI-assisted hairstyle guidance within the App. This functionality does not involve sending personal data to any third-party AI service for core processing. If we ever materially change how such data is collected, used, stored, or shared, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by applicable law or platform rules, provide notice and obtain the user’s consent before such change takes effect.
